  • 2022 – Present: Permanent researcher at the Institut de Recherche pour le Développement (IRD), Montpellier, France. Visiting lecturer at the University of Portsmouth.
  • 2020 – 2022: Lecturer in Bioinformatics at the University of Portsmouth (School of Biological Sciences).
  • 2016 – 2019: Post-doctoral researcher in Boissinot’s lab at NYUAD, in Abu dhabi. Study of hybridization in toads and of signatures of selection around transposable elements in various clades.
  • 2013 – 2016: Post-doctoral researcher in Dieter Ebert’s group in Basel, Switzerland. Study of the evolutionary dynamics of a host-parasite interaction in Daphnia magna.
  • 2009-2013: PhD student at University of Toulouse, France. Investigating the proximate causes of a color polymorphism in Réunion island, Zosterops borbonicus.
  • 2007-2009: Master in Biosciences (M1, M2), Ecole Normale Supérieure de Lyon. I took courses in biophysics, evolution, development, virology, genomics, paleontology and physiology.
